In a poll organised by the lequipe.fr website, 83% of the 21327 voters came out in favour of the Paris candidature for the 2024 Olympic Games. In response to the question “Do you think Paris will organise the Games in 2024?” 75% replied ‘Yes’. Among the other candidates Boston was judged the most dangerous opponent by 51% of the voters ahead of Rome 33% and Hamburg 16%.
